JLPT Dango ("the App") is operated by Walk The Dog Studio ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App collects and how it is used. The App is free and ad-supported.

Summary

• We do not run our own servers or collect personal information.
• Your study progress is stored only on your device.
• The App displays ads from Google AdMob, which collects an advertising identifier and approximate location to deliver and measure ads.
• The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is collected.

On-Device Data

The App stores the following on your device only, and never transmits it to us or to any third party:

• Which words you have reviewed and your spaced-repetition state
• Daily activity counts and overall accuracy
• Your chosen display language
• In-progress session state (so you can resume where you left off)

This data is removed when you uninstall the App, or when you reset your progress from the in-app Settings screen.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows banner and full-screen ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• A device advertising identifier (resettable in your device settings)
• Approximate location derived from your IP address
• Information about ads that were shown and your interactions with them

This data is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
